At A. Leader we bring potential employees through a careful selection process. Complete background checks are performed and they must be able to speak and read English. All employees are bonded and insured and A Leader has $2,000,000.00 liability insurance.

Training

Every employee at A Leader is trained by our professional management and supervisory staff. Every employee is trained by our professional management
and supervisory staff. Areas of training include:

	How to properly read and interpret product labels
	How to use each chemical product
	How to read and interpret Material Safety Data Sheets
	Instruction on WHMIS
	Proper use of all equipment

After training, each employee must undergo an exam and MUST pass the exam in order to begin working at customer sites. If an employee fails the test, they will go through the training process again and re-take the exam. Again, the employee MUST pass the exam in order to work at customer sites. Once the employee has successfully completed the training and passed the exam, they receive a certificate to acknowledge their training with our company.
